平素より箱根ゆとわをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
このたび、当館では2026年7月1日より、現金でのお支払いを全て取りやめ、完全キャッシュレス対応に移行いたします。

それに伴い、ご宿泊代、館内施設でのご利用分、入湯税・消費税のお支払いも含め、現地でお支払いの際は、現金での精算は一切承っておりませんので予めご了承ください。

当館でのお支払いは、以下の決済方法のみ対応しております。

・ご利用の際は、ご希望の決済方法が有効であることをあらかじめご確認ください。
・決済エラーなど不測の事態に備え、予備のカードや決済手段をご用意いただくことを推奨いたします。

In our ongoing commitment to providing a refined and seamless stay experience, we would like to inform you that beginning July 1, 2026, our hotel will adopt a fully cashless payment policy.

From this date forward, we will no longer accept cash payments.
All charges, including accommodation and incidental expenses, are to be settled via the following methods:

Major Credit Cards:	VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, and Union Pay
Mobile & QR Payments:	PayPay, Rakuten Pay, au PAY, d Payment, Alipay, WeChat Pay and similar services
Transportation IC Cards:	Suica, PASMO and other major IC cards

To ensure a smooth procedure, we recommend confirming the validity of your payment method prior to your visit and preparing an alternative option should the need arise.
