お客さま各位

この度、法定点検に伴う本館東棟・コンドミニアム棟の壁面タイルの劣化状況等の確認のため外壁打診工事を実施いたします。

工事期間中においては足場を組んで作業を行う必要があるため、一部客室は販売停止とさせていただきますが、館内の営業には支障がないため、工事期間中も通常通り営業いたします。

建物に出入りする作業員の騒音につきましては、お客様にご迷惑をおかけしないよう最大限配慮してまいります。

調査期間中はお客様に大変ご不便をおかけすることになりますが、安全な施設運営と、ご利用いただくお客様の安全確保のために必要な調査となりますことを、何卒ご理解いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

工事期間	2025年6月30日～2025年7月18日 ※土日は工事の実施なし
作業時間	午前10時～午後3時頃まで

We will be performing exterior wall inspection work to check the deterioration of the wall tiles in the east wing of the main building and the condominium building in accordance with legal inspections.

During the construction work, some guest rooms will not be available for sale due to the need to erect scaffolding, but since this will not interfere with the operation of the building, the hotel will remain open for business as usual during the construction period.

We will do our utmost to ensure that the noise from the work will not cause any inconvenience to our guests.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers during the investigation period, but please understand that the investigation is necessary to ensure the safe operation of the facility and the safety of our customers.
